Jim Skirven lives in Columbia MD with his wife Betty and has been happily married for 36 years. He grew up in a family real estate firm and has been involved in many facets of the business including residential sales, residential property management, commercial property management and worked as a National Sales Trainer for Prudential Real Estate Affiliates in Columbus Ohio and is a long time member of The Howard County Association of Realtors; . He served as a loan officer for 15 years and ordinated over 1/4 billion in loans. He also is a Certified Dave Ramsey Financial Coach. He has bought and sold land in over 6 states throughout the country and prides himself on conducting business in simple, down to earth and honest manner.
